When Vrest Orton opened The Vermont Country Store in 1946, his goal was to offer his customers practical products for everyday use — things that were essential to maintaining their personal wellbeing. The Vermont Country Store sells products you love, but can’t find anywhere else. We also specialize in something equally rare: being a hardworking, fun, upbeat, all-around great place to work! The holidays will be here before we know it and after 70 years in the business, we know we'll need lots of great people. We are looking to hire CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES for our North Clarendon facility to answer questions and place customer orders over the phone. WE ARE CDC COVID COMPLIANT.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers with professionalism and proper telephone etquette.
• Proficient using a computer keyboard, mouse and basic computer software.
• Required to multi-task and detail to attention.
