  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Manage complex day-to-day calendar management and prioritization of activities for our General Counsel, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
    • Partner closely with the Legal Operations function to provide support with vendor management, invoicing, legal systems and software platforms, and other tasks as needed
    • Lead event planning including organization around use of facilities, booking venues and catering, managing invitations and itineraries
    • Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when possible
    • Organize and maintain confidential files and records
    • Create, edit and format documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Handle travel reservations and itineraries and expense reimbursement
    • Build relationships with the other Executive Assistants and collaborate for meetings, presentations, events, and travel
    • Demonstrate constant professionalism, integrity, and sense of urgency
    • Consistently meet deadlines with minimal supervision and the ability to anticipate needs and identify potential barriers before they happen
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative capacity required, ideally in a legal department
    • Superior ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with a keen sense of detail
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) required
    • Demonstrated comfort with learning new systems and technologies
    • Possess confidence to effectively interact with all levels of management, including C-Suite executives
    • Proven experience in organizing events, on and off site
    • Demonstrated flexibility to pivot effectively at a moment’s notice
    • A four-year degree is highly desirable, but candidates with equivalent work experience will be considered

    Pay Range: $33.00 - $36.00/hour. Final offer terms are negotiable based on experience & tenure.
