We are in need of a creative soul to join us as a Theatre/Puppetry Specialist. In this role, you will have the amazing opportunity to ignite the imaginations of young minds through the enchanting world of performance art. With an attractive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $28, you will be an integral part of a lively team committed to shaping future leaders. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement creative lesson plans for theatre and puppetry workshops. • Coordinate and lead engaging classroom activities focusing on performance arts. • Design and create puppet characters and props for theatrical productions. • Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment. • Collaborate with other instructors to organize and execute performances showcasing students' talents. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in theatre or puppetry performance. • Strong background in lesson planning for theatrical or puppetry productions. • Excellent classroom management skills. • Proficiency in creating engaging and interactive puppet shows or theatrical performances. • US work authorization and eligibility to work in Maryland. Compensation: $25 - $28 per hour
