    ABOUT THE ROLE

    In this role, you will proactively drive qualified prospects to choose us as their law-firm, through communicating and standing by the core values of our company and our ability to deliver on them. Serving as the first human interaction places this team at the center of our growth efforts. You are a dynamic self-starter that is proactively looking to improve our process. You will be responsible for assisting new clients with onboarding, intake, and finding the right assistance based on the legal need.

    Ideal candidates will have experience with high volume incoming calls, SMS, and emails. Excellent at multitasking and strong attention to detail.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Be the inbound/outbound service superstar that’s excited about helping people in need.
    • Input data using online CRM, spreadsheets, and utilize cloud-based communications tools.
    • Maintain close contact with sales/customer service leads, including attending regular virtual meetings.
    • Provide valuable feedback to improve and grow our exciting new services
    • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
    • Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
    • Set appointments or immediately connect with Intake Agents once leads are qualified
    • Ensure successful follow-through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application
    • Generate a positive experience for prospective clients on their first interaction with Marble

    WHO YOU ARE

    • 3+ years of experience working in a sales position or similar.
    • Availability for weekends and evening shifts.
    • Demonstrated excellence in communication, both written and spoken (be able to compose regular update emails, provide reports, convey professionalism on the phone and over email)
    • Must speak English, bi-lingual a plus.
    • Familiarity with Google Sheets and other Google online productivity tools (G-Suite).
    • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM is a plus.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
    • Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
    • Experience with CRM applications preferred
