UserWise.io is our second venture where we’re creating a solution that makes mobile game product and live ops teams more effective and efficient by allowing them to plan, deliver and analyze the effectiveness of their live ops campaigns. This frees them to focus on what they do best - creating fun and engaging content for their players.

Opportunity: Publisher Account Manager Description and Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced account manager to join our team in Madison, WI, Chicago, IL, or remote within the U.S. to support and grow our publisher network. This is an opportunity to join a successful team of high performers at both our core TheoremReach business and upcoming UserWise.io venture to create the account management process from the ground up.
In this position, you will be responsible for responding to publisher requests, communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the publisher network is well-managed and supported. You should be comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders from publisher teams and their management to our own development, sales, and marketing team. This role also includes an opportunity to create and shape the upsell and referral function to support network growth.
You'll own the account management process and be the first point of contact for our publisher network, working collaboratively with management, sales, marketing, and the engineering team to ensure all needs are met and exceeded while maintaining and growing the network.
