We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our clinic and provide exceptional care to our patients. In this role, you will conduct diagnostic assessments, create individualized treatment plans with clear goals and objectives, offer crisis intervention when necessary, and provide ongoing follow-up to ensure patients receive the appropriate care. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of clinical experience in mental health care and hold a current LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) license. Full Time - Flexible scheduling Responsibilities: • Assist with intervention for patients when a crisis occurs • Refer patients and family members to community resources or to specialists as necessary • Evaluate patients’ circumstances on a regular basis and provide necessary follow-up care • Determine the status of patient's mental health by using medical information, interviews, observation, and testing, as well as collaboration with other staff members • Develop specific therapy plans with goals and objectives for individual patients Qualifications: • 1-3 years in a clinical setting working with mental health patients is required • State licensure that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing for a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) or equivalent • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and great communication and interpersonal skills • Requires CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications • High school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or equivalent; master's degree preferred Compensation: $21 - $26 per hour
