Our Therapist & Wellness Consultants play a vital role in fostering client wellness while contributing to Dreavita’s broader mission through education, outreach, and innovation.
The Therapist & Wellness Consultant (III) is a mid-level clinician with a strong foundation in therapeutic services and a desire to develop a specialization in a particular modality or client population. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and opportunities for growth into leadership positions.
✔️ Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to client needs
✔️ Develop expertise in specialized therapeutic areas (e.g., trauma, neurodiversity, anxiety, somatic therapy)
✔️ Lead group therapy sessions and therapeutic workshops to foster a collective healing environment
✔️ Contribute to Dreavita's educational and outreach efforts by writing blogs, conducting workshops, or presenting on mental health topics
✔️ Engage in peer collaboration and contribute to a supportive clinical team environment
✔️ Participate in innovative projects that expand patient access to mental health services and digital therapeutics
✔️ Fully licensed for independent clinical practice (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, etc.)
✔️ Minimum of 2–3 years of direct clinical experience working with diverse client populations
✔️ Demonstrated proficiency in delivering therapy services with a commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
✔️ Interest in developing a specialization (e.g., EMDR, DBT, somatic therapy, neurodivergent-affirming therapy, psychedelic-assisted therapy)
✔️ Excellent communication skills for both client engagement and professional collaboration
✔️ Leadership potential – ability to collaborate and contribute to Dreavita’s clinical team growth

✔️ Choice of W2 or 1099 employment – Flexibility to choose what works best for you
✔️ You set your own schedule & caseload – Decide how many sessions you take and when you work
✔️ Hourly pay model with a recommended caseload of 20–30 sessions/week (capped at 35 for work-life balance, but ultimately up to you!)
✔️ Option to transition to a salaried role after 6 months (if averaging at least 15 sessions per week in a calendar month )
