  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Under the supervision of the Director of Therapy, the Operations Coordinator will provide administrative and clerical services to maintain operations of the assigned department in an accurate and efficient manner.

    ** Duties and Responsibilities**

    • Provides general clerical support to the clinical team.
    • Scans/ make copies and distributes the completed paperwork.
    • Coordination of care with other agencies.
    • Docusign Support
      • Sending, QA’ing, uploading
    • Kantime Support
      • Plotting SOCs and adding frequencies
      • Plotting schedules when needed
      • Clinician/Client profile maintenance
      • Parent portal
      • Report running
      • Journal notes
    • Maintains a general filing system and correspondences required either electronic or written.
      • Tracking therapy re-evaluation/follow up forms.
      • Tracking opening of new cert periods
      • Tracking new patient admits and discharges
      • Tracking of supervisory visits
    • Clinic Record Support
      • Calling Doctors offices for orders needing signatures
    • Customer Service to both clients and external employees.
      • Calls and requests Home Exercise Plans (HEP’s), History & Physicals (H&P’s)
    • Provides word-processing and secretarial support.
      • Types re-certification orders with therapy information as applicable.
      • Transposes general information to plans of care.
    • Performs all other duties as delegated from the Director of Therapy.
    • Supports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively.
      • Represents themselves in a positive and professional manner in the company and community.
      • Adheres to dress code with a clean and neat professional appearance.
      • Reports on time and as scheduled in order to complete work within designated time.
      • Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, or communicated from executive team.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent
    • 1 + year experience in a clinical environment preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and goal oriented
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Ability to navigate EMR and other Microsoft Office software platforms
    • Requires skills and abilities related to working in a fast pace and dynamic work environment

    Additional Information
