    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    Sourcing & Recruitment:

    • Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality therapy professionals.
    • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and other recruitment channels.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified therapy candidates.

    Candidate Engagement:

    • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
    • Effectively communicate the benefits of working at MGA Homecare, highlighting the company culture, mission, and career development opportunities.
    • Build strong relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

    Collaboration & Strategy:

    • Partner with the Therapy Leadership Team to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
    • Collaborate with the onboarding and human resources teams to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition.
    • Utilize data to analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals.

    Compliance & Administration:

    • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local hiring regulations.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience:

    • High School Education- Associates Degree preferred
    • Previous Customer Service Experience

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment, including familiarity with therapy professions and licensing requirements.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting goals.

    Benefits are available to eligible employees on the first of the month after 30 days of employment and include:

    • Base salary $52,000 - $55,000 annually and paid weekly
