Role Overview:
We are seeking a Thermal Management Engineer to design and optimize the cooling system performance of our advanced electric rail vehicles. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful and reliable operations of our electrical controllers, battery systems, and electric motor systems. You will collaborate in multi-disciplinary efforts involving algorithms, systems development, and integration, driving innovation from concept through to deployment.

About You:
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering, or a related field
4+ years of experience with thermal management system design, power and cooling systems
Proficiency in thermal analysis software (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD)
Strong understanding of heat transfer principles, thermal modeling, and system integration
Willingness to expand into technical areas beyond your area of expertise; ability to develop innovative and novel approaches
Open-minded and comfortable working in a teaming environment
Fluent in both written and verbal English
