Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Third-Party Motor Vehicle Services Specialist. In this role, you will assist clients with vehicle registration, title transfers, and other motor vehicle-related services. You will ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and support to clients for motor vehicle transactions.

Process title transfers, vehicle registrations, and renewals accurately.

Verify and ensure compliance with all state motor vehicle regulations.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in motor vehicle services or a related field is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and customer service abilities.
