Job Description
Primary responsibilities involve learning the sell-able features of all commission-able products, being comfortable establishing a relationship with returning customers while being sensitive to their needs/wants, helping customers understand the options available to them, and training customers in using purchased equipment.
Secondary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting customers in locating and purchasing non-commission-able merchandise, operating the POS system, checking in repairs that require service, and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Managers to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets.
This position is part time, but there is room for growth after a 60 day training period. We are hoping to find someone motivated and excited to grow with the position.
OTHER BENEFITS
3% to 5% commission paid on commission-able merchandise ranging in price from $200 to $25,000. Average hourly rate is $24.84 with hourly and commission.
