We are currently looking to fill a Receptionist/ Client Relations Specialist/ Sales position with a friendly, energetic, knowledgeable person. As we pride ourselves on excellent Customer Service and being the experts in the industry, as one of the faces of our Brand as a Premium Retailer a dress code is required (please request to see attire examples). We offer two state-of-the-art firearms training simulators, an indoor live-fire shooting range, and a premium retail store. Our mission is to be top-tier in knowledge, approachability, friendliness, and premium firearms. We have a fun atmosphere to work in, but also deal with a very serious subject matter. Position details: Full or Part Time Starting $16/hour + Tips + Sales Commissions (terms apply) Evenings and weekends may be required. We are open from 10 am to 7 pm. We are currently looking to fill this position with working hours of 2 pm to 7 pm Wednesday through Friday and 10 am to 7 pm Saturday and Sundays. There is some flexibility with these hours and days so please still apply and we can work out the details. On a daily basis you will: - Be the face of Threat Dynamics by being knowledgeable about firearms, training, and concealed carry. - Ring up sales using a point-of-sale system. - Assist in booking appointments, and answering phones. - Assist on the retail floor making sales, including the sale of firearms, and running background checks. - Talk to customers about classes, services, products, Concealed Carry, etc. - Please note, you will be on your feet most of your day. The ideal candidate will be: - Fun, energetic, and professional - Approachable and relatable - Conversation confident - Highly organized and efficiency-oriented - Hold or have the ability to obtain an Oregon Concealed Handgun License within 30 days of employment Skills needed for this position: - A background with firearms and concealed carry is "very nice to have". - Experience in the customer service industry - Experience in personalized sales in a retail environment - Skills with computers Please submit your resume and cover letter via e-mail only by replying to this ad.
