Part Time Administrative Assistant / Social Media Manager Three Trees is looking for a new team member to take on a variety of administrative and Marketing tasks. Ideally this person will also execute our Social Media strategy (Instagram, Facebook), from posting original content, to consumer engagements and partnerships with other brands. This role will evolve depending on your skills, interests and performance. There is opportunity to gain greater responsibilities and grow into a bigger role within the company. Three Trees is based in downtown Hayward, CA. This position requires coming to the office at least one day per week. Responsibilities include: - Shipping samples, Sales and Marketing collateral - Customer service emails and calls - Prepare and organize events, represent the company at sampling events - Engage with our community on social media platforms - Schedule online posts, create content - Partner with influencers or other brands to strengthen our brand and engagement As a member of a startup team, you must possess the following: - Self-starter, attention to detail - Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done, and done well - Strong sense of ownership and urgency in all matters related to the health of the business - Analytical problem solving skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks - Must have a car and valid driver's license - Must be able to lift 20lbs Interested?
