    Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a Human Resources Manager / Director in #903 Plymouth, Minnesota to provide ongoing management, development, and support of all human resource functions that provide continuous personnel strategies to ensure organizational goal achievement, while maintaining employee ownership culture throughout by collaborating with interval and external clients.

    A few of the primary responsibilities include:

    Serves as a liaison with cross functional teams to assess human resource needs in areas such as employment, performance management, compensation, career development and competency development for stores and the corporate office.

    Supports overall compliance and behaviors to ensure that the company acts ethically and complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to employment programs.

    Assists others to ensure operational compliance with programs such as Hipaa Privacy and Security, Medicare Fraud, Waste & Abuse and DME, URAC & ASHP Accreditation. Works closely with the Legal & Compliance Department.

    Conducts periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; monitoring and scheduling employee pay reviews; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions for organizational roles.

    Creates and maintains HR Policies & Procedures and relevant training as needed.

    Oversees and maintains the development program for Senior Store Managers and Operations Manager to ensure they become effective managers and leaders for the organization.

    Manages the activities of the HR Coordinator.

    Manages the Pharmacy Recruiting Manager's activities. Aids in recruiting and hiring pharmacists and managers, as the need arises. Works to improve the overall professionalism of pharmacists at Thrifty White. Oversees the hiring and scheduling of relief pharmacists to cover the store's needs.

    DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    Education and Experience:

    A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or liberal arts and/or at least 10-15 years of experience as a Human Resources and Benefits Manager.

    Strong experience in employee benefits.

    Strong working knowledge of pharmacy industry standards and methods.

    Strong project management experience required.

    Remote store management experience.
