What you’ll do:

• Troubleshoot basic client hardware and software issues
• Provide incredible customer service and accurate documentation of client issues
• Create, assign, and prioritize tickets to the appropriate higher-level engineering resources
• Provide daily ticket transfer communications between day shift and night shifts
  

Skills You’ll Need:

• Knowledge of basic service operations centers
• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on PC support experience
• General knowledge of different hardware platforms, cloud services, and line of business applications
• Determination and commitment to achieve industry certifications
• The poise and attitude to provide top-tier customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stay organized and follow tasks through to completion
• Proactivity, ownership of responsibilities, and drive to succeed
• Critical thinking, ability to problem-solve client issues and learn new applications and skills
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of co-workers and clients across different industries
  

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $31,000- $40,000
