    JOIN OUR MAINTENANCE TEAM We have an exciting opportunity for a MAINTENANCE TECH to join the teams of our multi-site communities at Station Nine and Woodcreek Apartments. These garden-style communities, totaling 290-units, are located in Lynnwood. This floating position will be able to join these excellent teams (3 days a week at Station Nine and 2 at Woodcreek), and grow their career! Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday-Saturday

    MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN SALARY AND BENEFITS:

    • $18-$19/hour DOE + great benefits!
    • $75 lease renewal commission (split between entire onsite team)
    • Medical insurance covered at 100% for non-tobacco users, 80% covered for tobacco users
    • Dental insurance covered at 100% + Vision insurance options

    MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment and tools as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
    • Diagnoses and performs minor or routine maintenance and repairs within homes and throughout the property.
    • Inspects and helps coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services.
    • Assists in keeping grounds neat and free of litter.
    • Performs any additional duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
    • Contributes to a positive team culture and acts a leader for Thrive, as a whole

    MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Prior lease-up maintenance experience in multi-family property management strongly preferred
    • Proficient in unit turns and appliance repair is a plus
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Strong team player 
    • Experience with MFTE properties a plus
    • Willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks and projects
    • Weekends required
