MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN SALARY AND BENEFITS:
$20-$22/hr DOE + bonus opportunities and benefits!
$500.00 SIGN-ON BONUS! (To be paid out after 90days with Thrive!)
$75 lease renewal commission (split between entire onsite team)
