ABOUT THE INVENTORY & ACQUISITIONS ASSOCIATE ROLE:

As an Inventory & Acquisitions Associate, you will be responsible for helping acquire inventory and assisting with inventory fulfillment to our business partners like Stubhub and Vivid Seats. You will be operating in a deadline-driven environment where the inventories that we handle have a ticking expiration date and the outcome of a sporting event determines the challenges that we will face the next day. Inventory is the foundation of our business, upon which the engine of our company is built. You will be joining a small team that will train you and who have similar roles. 

THIS ROLE’S SHIFT WILL START AT 8:00 AM AND END AT 5:00 PM DAILY. The schedule is a typical Monday to Friday work week, with some flexibility needed on the weekends.

…A FAN OF LIVE SPORTS AND CONCERTS. This person understands popular events and sporting events that impact playoffs, bowl games, etc.

…GRITTY. This person is willing to roll up their sleeves, takes pride in completing a job, and excels under time and resource constraints.

...THRIVES UNDER PRESSURE. This is a demanding, high-pressure job. You will need to balance customer requests with ever-changing priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Buy tickets on a near-daily basis

• Utilize our software technology to assist in managing our inventory

• Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers regarding the status of an order, including any issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• ​Strong organizational skills

• Previous experience in buying tickets is a plus
