Note this is a remote postion. Only individuals living out of state with ticket trading experience will be considered for immediate remote hire. Exceptional applicants in the state of Maine with the potential to trade tickets will be considered as well but will need to train in person for a period of a month or so.

My firm is a Maine based LLC engaged in ticket resale for events in the US and Canada. In addition to the owner there is a Manager and one administrative employee. We are hoping to add another administrative employee as well. My firm sells through websites, like stubhub, and not directly to consumers. Current portfolio is approximately 90% concerts and 10% comedy or podcasts. Trader will spend 15-20% of their time buying tickets.

This position will pay the individual selected a salary of $60k-$80k/year to start. The expectation is for 50 hours of work a week. Minimal help on some evenings and weekends is necessary but would depend on the Trader’s availability. Trading will be undertaken so as to minimize work on the weekends.

The ideal candidate will have experience using a ticket trading platform such as StageFront or Broker Genius. The Trader will be working remotely so this may be an attractive position for someone desiring geographic freedom.

Benefits consist of PTO and holidays, 401k eligibility after a year of service, and potentially some health care reimbursement. Profit sharing is possible for a salaried employee that has proven him/herself on the job.
