Qualifications: • Active North Carolina State Real Estate License, or in the process of pursuing one • Possess a valid US driver’s license and can travel by car • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant sales experience • We are seeking someone driven, talented, and coachable • Familiarity with the real estate market in New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender County areas • Possession of sales and marketing skills in order to sell effectively • Excellent customer service skills are a must • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity • Be a team player in the workplace and help others to achieve their goals Compensation: $82,000 - $115,000 yearly
