    **Looking for Candidates to Start Immediately**

    The Empanada, Salad and Dessert Station (ESDS) serves up Timber’s fan-favorite empanadas and salads. The ESDS is responsible for preparing all salads, empanadas, and desserts. Salads and Empanadas serve as the de facto appetizers at Timber Pizza, and therefore, the ESDS is on an island of its own, getting orders out pre- and post-pizza. However, this station still works in tandem with the Expo and FOH to ensure orders are met and up to Timber standards.

    The Details

    • Arrives for shift on time and in proper work attire.
    • Assists Prep, Oven, Pizza Line, and Expo stations in completing Opening Procedures to ensure BOH is properly stocked, organized, and clean for service.
    • Preps, stocks and loads the empanada, salad and dessert station to be ready prior to opening.
    • Assists Pizza Line and Oven stations when needed and able.
    • Ensures salad ingredients are fresh and plated in accordance to Timber standards.
    • Ensures empanadas are cooked and plated in accordance to Timber standards
    • Keeps Expo updated on what’s being made and timing.
    • Maintains communication with Expo to advise guests of wait times.
    • Quality controls empanadas, salads and desserts going out to guests.
    • Monitors and restocks ingredients throughout shift.
    • Actively communicates with team members throughout the shift to ensure a seamless guest experience.
    • Actively assists team members when required.
    • Follows Timber protocol for handling service breakdowns/guest complaints.
    • Adheres to Timber food safety & sanitation standards throughout the shift.
    • Assists Pizza Line and Expo in completing Closing Procedures to ensure BOH is properly shut down at end of service.
    • Completes side work duties as assigned.
    • May complete deep cleaning tasks, per schedule.
    • May complete other duties as assigned.
