Responsibilities: • You are customer-focused and detail-oriented looking to always provide the best customer experience by completing work with high quality. Willing to speak with customers to explain services as required, selling the customer only what their vehicle needs, operating the customer’s vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner, and always treating the customer with respect • Ability to hand-cut automotive window tint and install the tint onto vehicle windows while smoothing out imperfections • Ability (when necessary) to strip and remove old window tint and remove debris • Ability and willingness to tint flat-glass Residential and Commercial buildings as needed • Maintain the shop and work spaces; clean and organize on a daily basis and track inventory • Assist other team members with other business operations as needed • Paint Protection Film or Vinyl Wrap Experience is a plus • Willingness to learn and perform other services offered Qualifications: Strong customer service and communications skills are needed • Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train in other styling services • Two-plus years of film (tint, PPF, vinyl) experience preferred • GED or High School Diploma is preferred • Full-time availability. This business schedules days and weeks out in advance. • Able to tint a standard sedan (side and rear glass) in 90 minutes or less • Valid driver's license • Able to apply window film, PPF, or vinyl with utmost precision and cleanliness without creases or contamination • Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to think critically to problem solve Compensation: $42,000+ at plan
