As a tire and service Sales Representative, you will help our location achieve its goals by delivering best-in-class customer service. You will be responsible for knowing our full product and service line, how to best service our customers, and how to successfully work with your team members to achieve the location's goals.
Training, ongoing education, and even competitive bonuses are available to our sales representatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and sales experience.
Responsibilities
Receive & deliver on customer requests (Both phone & in person)
Effectively understand customer requests
Clearly communicate promised times
Help manage the daily schedule
Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
Answer customer questions about their service requests & needs
Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required
Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is preferred
