Titan Cloud Software builds cloud software for retail and commercial fuel businesses (i.e. gas stations, fleet & logistics companies). We are a small, PE-backed company with big plans to grow and scale and are looking for a Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team near Nashville.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Experience Representative helps us serve our growing customer base. This role includes scheduling, receiving incoming calls, monitoring multiple systems, connecting to customer locations across the country, and coordinating with on-site personnel and customer maintenance teams.
JOB DETAILS:
Location: Franklin, TN
Salary Range: $15.00 -$17.00/hour
Position Type: Full-Time
Shift: Sunday - Thursday: 6:30am - 3:30pm
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Important responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide a positive first point of contact with customers who may be having an issue
Utilize ticketing and several proprietary software systems.
Work independently and as a team to handle a variety of issues
Ability to escalate appropriately and report emergency situations to management
Handle requests and projects as directed in a timely manner
Update multiple systems with most up-to-date information
Perform Q/A Testing on systems as needed
Work cross-departmentally to streamline processes
Support fueling locations and vendors in alignment with dispatching and troubleshooting protocols
Dispatch maintenance issues using a variety of Standards of Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to vendors nationwide
Performs other related duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
1-2 years of call center or customer service experience
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.
Excellent phone presence
Clear, confident written and verbal communication
Strong data entry and reporting capabilities
Accurately type 60 WPM (will be tested)
Attention to detail
Must be punctual and flexible on scheduling
Ability to work independently
Reliable transportation to and from office (Franklin, TN)
Takes the initiative to improve current processes and procedures independently
Standard software troubleshooting capabilities
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required
Customer service experience required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
