Salary and Benefits 

• Starting Base Salary: $150,000 to $155,000
• Additional bonus is paid quarterly (productivity and quality models)
• Sign on bonus: Yes, amount determined case by case.
• Relocation assistance: Yes, amount determined case by case.

Responsibilities 

• See patients of all ages coming into the urgent care facility
• Patient count varies, max is 30 to 32 per day.

Requirements 

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• DEA License
• New graduates will be considered!
