A Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) is needed in Dallas, TX.

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $97,000
• Health Insurance (employer pays 40%)

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday Flexible schedule
• Rotating backup on call, 4 days a month, 1 or 2 weekend days
• 5 Patients Per Day on Average (15-20) a week
• Admissions
• Assessments of Patients
• Home Visits
• Facilities
• Pain Management
• Coordinate with Physician when needed
• Anticipate changes and educate the patient, family, and caregivers on how to aid and manage symptoms safely
• Coverage Area: Richardson, Plano, Lewisville, (Most of North Dallas)
• IDT on-site bi-weekly
• EMR - Consolo

Requirements

• Clear and Active Texas Licensure
• 2 years Hospice Experience
• Reliable Transportation
• High Ethical Standards
