Salary and Benefits 

• Base Salary: $250,000
• Additional bonus paid quarterly (based on quality care and productivity models)
• Sign on bonus: Yes, amount determined case by case
• Relocation assistance: Yes, amount determined case by case

Responsibilities 

• See patients of all ages in urgent care facility, max patient per day is 30 to 32
• Provider may choose to work Monday-Thursday or Friday-Monday

Requirements 

• Valid and Unrestricted Medical License in the State of California
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• DEA License
• New graduates will be considered!
