    Sunny Settlements, a fast-growing title company based in Kennett Square, PA, is seeking a Title Agent (licensed in PA, MD, and DE preferred) who can oversee all aspects of the title process from start to finish. We are partnered with two fast-growing brokerages in the area, ensuring a steady flow of business and the opportunity to truly lead and shape our expanding operations. Responsibilities: • Full Cycle Title Management : Oversee the entire closing process, from initial file setup to post-closing tasks. • Conduct Settlements : Prepare and facilitate real estate closings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive client experience. • Client & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders. • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure that all documents, processes, and procedures meet state and federal regulations. • Software Utilization : Proficiently use SoftPro (or similar) to generate documents, track files, and streamline operations. Qualifications: • Licensure : Active Title Agent license in Pennsylvania required; MD and DE strongly preferred. • Experience : Proven background running title operations from start to finish. • Leadership Skills : Comfortable overseeing all aspects of the title process, managing staff, and making critical decisions. • Technical Proficiency : Experience with title software (SoftPro ideal) and strong general computer skills. • Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service abilities. • Detail-Oriented : Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. Compensation: $45,000 - $120,000 yearly
