We are a multi-state title operation that is looking for a title closer. This position involves preparation of closing documents including closing disclosures, settlement statements, and related documents. No experience is necessary but a working knowledge of the title closing process is a benefit.

As we are a paperless office it is important that the applicant be comfortable using computers and have a familiarity with the Microsoft Windows operating system.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail

• Working knowledge of basic real estate title concepts is a plus

• Refinance title experience a plus

• Multi-state title experience a plus
