Seeking an experienced, highly energetic and awesome Closer to join our team. Position will handle transaction from closing instructions to Closing. This position does not process files or handle post closing. We are searching for a 100% dedicated Closer position. Responsibilities: • Able to keep all parties informed throughout the process. • Prepare HUDs and Closing Disclosure. • Draft/review seller’s documents and curative documents • Understand requirements needed when client is a Corporation, LLC, Partnership or Trust. • Familiar with FIRPTA guidelines. • Provide the client with a happy closing experience. • Must have the flexibility to conduct late closings when required. Qualifications: • Minimum experience of 3 years as a Closer • In person position • Must be fully bilingual with ability to explain the closing documents in English or Spanish. Compensation: $55,000
