About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Lead Teacher to join our team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller. As a Toddler Lead Teacher, you will have the opportunity to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young learners, helping them grow and develop through play-based learning.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans

Provide a safe and nurturing environment for toddlers

Observe and document children's development and progress

Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with toddlers

Patient, nurturing, and compassionate demeanor

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
