    Role Overview:

    We are looking for a dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team and help create meaningful learning experiences for young children. In this role, you will design and implement engaging activities that foster cognitive, social, and motor skill development in a nurturing and structured environment.

    What You’ll Do:

    Create & Implement Curriculum: Develop lesson plans that encourage learning through play, creativity, and exploration.

    Support Child Development: Observe and document children's growth, tailoring activities to meet their individual needs.

    Engage with Families: Maintain open and positive communication with parents, providing updates on their child's progress.

    Ensure a Safe & Organized Space: Follow health and safety protocols, keeping the classroom clean, organized, and welcoming.

    Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other educators to maintain a warm, supportive, and high-quality learning environment.

    Be Hands-On & Engaged: Interact actively with children, assisting with daily routines such as meals, diapering, and playtime.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Experience & Education:

    1-2 years of experience in early childhood education required.

    Some college coursework in Child Development or Early Childhood Education preferred.

    CDA certification highly valued (not required).

    Certifications & Requirements:

    CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain).

    TB test and physical required (preferably completed before starting).

    Background check mandatory.

    Position Details:

    Pay: $18/hr

    Licensed Hours of Operation: 5:00 AM - Midnight (staffing schedules adjusted based on demand).
