    What You’ll Do:

    As a Lead Teacher at our school, you'll coordinate the daily operations of your assigned classes. You’ll plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities while ensuring a safe, fun learning environment for children. You’ll work closely with children and parents to provide quality customer service and help children thrive.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Education: Associate or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (or a related field) preferred

    Experience: 1-2 years of previous experience working with children preferred

    Certifications:

    Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred

    45-hour infant/toddler certification, 90-hour preschool certification preferred

    CPR/First Aid, Basic Health and Safety, and ADA training preferred

    Skills:

    Strong ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty

    Calmly handle stressful situations while multitasking to keep the school running smoothly

    Able to lift up to 50 lbs. for child safety and emergencies (including lifting infants for Infant & Toddler Teachers)

    Other: Background check eligibility required
