Your Role as an Assistant Teacher As an Assistant Toddler Teacher, you will:

· Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children.

· Assist the lead teacher implement, and evaluate engaging educational and recreational activities.

· Observe children's interests and collaborate with colleagues to develop creative curriculum ideas.

· Communicate daily with parents, sharing their child’s development and milestones.

· Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow faculty members.

Qualifications

· Completed your High School education or GED.

· Previous experience working with toddlers in an early childhood education setting.

· Ability to meet state background check eligibility requirements.

· Strong understanding of childcare programming, safety protocols, and first-aid procedures.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Dependable, adaptable, and a team player who takes initiative.
