    Thank you for taking time to look at our job posting. We are a family owned, private child care center located in Broadview Heights and we are looking to add to our team! We are seeking candidates that have experience in the age groups of 1 to 3 years old working with all Toddler age groups. We are specifically looking for an experience Toddler teacher that is familiar with child development has a desire to build connections with families and deliver a prepared curriculum. EXCELLENT classroom management skill are a must. Our max group size is 12 children which is under the state ratio.

    Responsibilities:

    Responsible (along with a co-teacher) for the overall supervision and daily class functions of a group of children in a classroom

    Observes all rules and regulations of Primrose School of Broadview Heights and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children.

    Implementing potty training techniques

    Implements the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule.

    Maintains a positive relationship with parents

    Gets children engaged in classroom activities by employing a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.)

    Maintains an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.

    Desired skills and experience:

    The ability to manage a classroom of up to 12 children with a fun, loving, positive attitude

    Passionate about Early Childhood Education

    Creative, Collaborative, Engaging and Nurturing

    Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children

    In total, our PTO and Paid Holidays package gives employees the opportunity to earn up to and extra 17 paid days off per year
