OVERVIEW:

Working in the frontline role of Inside Sales and Operations, you will have the opportunity to provide solutions to construction professionals that will ensure their attachment solutions are structurally sound and save labor for the installer. This is an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront of a unique industry and to work on high visibility projects. Our target industries include Hospitals, Biotech, Microelectronic, Military/Government and large-scale General Commercial construction. This position will be responsible for daily Inside Sales to our internal branches as well as contractor’s offices and job sites to provide labor saving attachment solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Handle daily customer phone orders

· Sales Order Entry

· Prioritize Customer Orders

· Production Support and Coordination

· Billing and Administrative Duties

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

•Strong Customer Service Background

•Professional and clean appearance, organized and punctual

•Strong work ethic

•Basic computer skills, Word & Excel • Industry familiarity a plus • At least 2 years Customer Service experience •Friendly personality •Ability to follow instruction and work independently

•Excellent communication skills •Bilingual/Spanish a plus
