The company we're partnered with is a manufacturer of injection-molded packaging parts. They manufacture high-end parts in large or small quantities and have state-of-the-art capabilities.

We are seeking a hands-on Toolmaker who can monitor mold performances and inspect work performed on all tools. You will plan, layout, and perform all bench, machine, and operations to repair and alter molding dies. 

Preferred Experience -

• 5+ years of experience repairing and/or adjusting injection molds.
• 3+ years of experience in a Tooling function.
• Proven hot runner repair experience and electrical troubleshooting experience. 

Essential Functions -

• Monitor mold performance and inspect own work or work performed by other tool workers.
• Operate all Tool room machines
• Perform difficult machine set-ups and operations that require improvising of tools and machines for adaption beyond the normal range and capacities of available equipment
• Instruct Toolmakers, Machinists and Technicians in the performance of their duties, including training new employees
• Operate forklift truck and overhead crane
• Read blue prints
• Troubleshoot and repair hot runner systems
