• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in TOOLING leadership, (Supervisory or Management) within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment. 
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to develop and optimize tooling solutions that enhance the processes as well as increasing efficiency and product quality.
• Oversee the build as well as repair of tools and dies, ensuring minimal downtime for Production and maximum operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to prolong the lifespan of tooling equipment.
