Our rapidly-growing law practice is seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team! You’ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their case, manage new client onboarding and data entry. We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. Responsibilities: Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team • Collect and document essential information from clients, such as personal details, contact information, case types, or any other relevant data specific to the client’s needs. Accurate data entry and organization are crucial in this role • Intake Specialists will be held to quality standards established by the organization. All forms of client communication will be evaluated and scored. Intake Specialists will be eligible for quarterly incentive bonuses based on individual and team performance Qualifications: Background in the legal industry preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy • Previous experience in a legal intake call center or customer service call center Compensation: $23 - $24 hourly
