We are looking for a highly organized individual with outstanding interpersonal skills to providing billing and eligibility oversight and solutions to our Broker, Group, and Carrier Partners. The ideal candidate is someone who is caring, great at building rapport and trust, and passionate about meeting client needs.
This is a hybrid position with three days each work week performed onsite in our downtown Bellevue, WA office and the other two days done remotely.

Experience and Certifications:
The ideal candidate would have at least one year of experience in a customer service role and/or in the health insurance industry, and possess a valid insurance license (ie. Life and Health, or Life and Disability), or the ability to obtain a license within 90 days of employment.
