    Exciting opportunity to work for a great company. We are looking for reliable full and part-time (morning) Customer Retention Specialists (English and French speaking). You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, answering customer questions concerning their purchase. Full-time agents are scheduled 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Part-time morning agents are scheduled 8:30am to 1:00pm. Pay begins at $14/hour or $15/hour for French speaking with uncapped commission. The average representative is making approximately $18-20/hour. In Office Only Equal Employment Opportunity. Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from existing customers, answering their questions regarding their order. This can include tracking packages, explaining pricing, aiding in returns, product usage, selling addition product, and helping the customers reach their health goals. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Effective communication skills and attention to detail. Microsoft Office knowledge preferred. Customer Service experience preferred. Additional information: Full-Time Employee's are eligible for paid holidays, Medical/Dental/Vision insurance after 60 days of employment. and 40 hours of Paid Time Off after one year of employment.
