- Strong experience developing benefit plans
- Knowledge/expertise with HRIS systems. Implementing UKG’s HRIS system now, migrating from the old system to this.
- Compensation expertise – developing compensation structures and plans, researching and implementing competitive structures
HRIS:
- Manages, maintains, and audits the data in the HRIS as it relates to business processes that support the employee life cycle.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to develop user (employee and manager) documentation to support the system functionality and experience. This may include providing training to users.
- Discover inefficiencies in business processes impacting HR data management and implement process improvements.
- Collaborates with stakeholders with respect to HRIS enhancements, maintenance, testing, upgrades, and related data integrity.
