This position will maintain spa cleanliness, support the Spa Manager, coach the team members, and educate guests regarding our products, services, and memberships.

Spa Team Leads contribute directly to the success of Totally Tan & Spa and play a key role.

We are looking for guest service oriented, outgoing, and friendly team leaders with knowledge of sales.

Requirements

Previous experience in a sales & retail environment is strongly desired.

This is a full-time position and requires open availability for days, nights & weekends.

Must have ability to bend, lift up to 20 pounds, reach above shoulder level and be standing or walking for long periods of time.

Spa Team Lead positions are not location specific. Spa Team Leads are expected to move to different locations to improve their skills.
