Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- 21 years of age and older
- Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in heavy / highway construction work
- Knowledge of first aid and applicable safety precautions
- Ability to read and comprehend work orders and plans
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry +50lbs
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Clean insurable abstract
- Ability to acquire and maintain DOT physical
- Able to pass Drug testing
- Able to pass Federal Background Check
- Basic literacy; Ability to read, write and record routine data and information
Additional Information
WHAT WILL YOU GET:
- Starting Rate $17.80 with the opportunity to move up in pay after 1,001 and 2,001 hours along with the opportunity to receive prevailing wage after training.
