  • Responsibilities

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
    • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
    • Be knowledgeable about the product
    • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
    • Answer questions about the products
    • Negotiate prices and terms
    • Collaborate with colleagues in different sectors
    • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
    • Review customers credit status and collect monies owed.
    • Complete Administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner.

    Qualifications and Education Requirements: ·

    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • Bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 1-2 years of industry related sales experience within the distribution or supplier community.
    • Must provide own transportation, valid Driver's License and current insurance
    • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
    • Must possess strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills and social perceptiveness.
    • Ability to work in a team environment and to manage multiple tasks.
    • Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and electronic mail proficiency.
    • Goal oriented, focused, and possess the ability to excel with minimal supervision.
    • Self-Motivated to maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
