The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

Assist the State in design and updates of user training material for OCD DRU use of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management based on complexity of State use

Work directly with Applications Program Manager to ensure OCD DRU end users are able to successfully use the Intelligrants grants management software

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

Experience in Intelligrants grant management software functionality

Good customer service in operational use of Intelligrants

The duties of a Trainer include, but are not limited to:

Training users in a class or online environment;

Perform curriculum design and development;

Design and populate training databases;

Development of automated scripts;

Conduct training programs for general staff in areas of records and information management procedures, workflows, policies, regulations and handling public records requests;

Develop records and information management user guides and training materials.
