SPIN Global is a Maryland-based public benefit corporation that exists to disrupt disasters from neighborhoods to nations. We are seeking qualified applicants to build a deployment-ready cadre, prepared to support response operations as opportunities arise. Applicants must possess a FEMA Entry on Duty (EOD).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the PMO to develop and deliver training programs tailored to meet client needs across local, state, national, and international levels.
- Implement program management methodologies and best practices within the context of disaster fieldwork.
- Create, review, and update training content that aligns with PMO standards, ensuring consistency across all deliverables.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one training sessions for diverse stakeholders.
- Support PMO initiatives to track and measure the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior trainers, providing feedback to align with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience in a relevant field of expertise; OR
- Graduate-level degree or professional registration with 5 years of experience in a relevant field; OR
- 15 years of experience in a relevant field of expertise.
- Proven experience working in or supporting a Program Management Office (PMO).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to various audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and responsiveness to changing guidance and priorities.
