SPIN Global is a Maryland-based public benefit corporation that exists to disrupt disasters from neighborhoods to nations. We are seeking qualified applicants to build a deployment-ready cadre, prepared to support response operations as opportunities arise. Applicants must possess a FEMA Entry on Duty (EOD).
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to support disaster response and recovery efforts.
- Develop tailored training materials and curriculums aligned with client and project-specific needs.
- Evaluate participant progress and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in disaster response and recovery training methodologies.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between training objectives and project goals.
Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in disaster fieldwork or a related field of expertise.
- Graduate-level degree or professional registration with 2 years of experience in disaster fieldwork or related expertise preferred.
- Alternatively, 10 years of experience in disaster fieldwork or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with an ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience developing interactive learning materials and using training management systems.

- 7116: Program Delivery Manager
- 7117: Site Inspection.
- Work onsite in North Carolina.
