Foster Positive Relationships: Communicate effectively with staff, participants, families, and case managers to ensure that everyone is informed and involved in the program’s success.

Provide Assistance with Personal Care: Offer support to participants as needed with eating, mobility, and personal care tasks.

Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with staff, other agencies, and family members to provide seamless services and support.

Safety First: Supervise participants throughout the day, ensuring their well-being and safety in all activities.

Team-Oriented: Able to work cooperatively with staff, participants, and families in a supportive and respectful environment.

Dependable: Punctual and committed to working your scheduled shifts, and willing to follow through on tasks and requests.

Creative Problem-Solver: Able to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to challenges that may arise.

Effective Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to maintain clear and respectful communication with others.

Empathetic and Supportive: Able to provide positive interactions, promote confidence, and encourage the growth of participants in all settings.
